Renee continues to put herself second when people are in need. When the rare time to herself appears, she is stimulating her mind by piecing together puzzles, or taking a break from life by vacationing in different parts of California.
Renee will admit she is not close to perfect, and believes mistakes are tools to learn from. Her favorite quote rings true throughout her well-being, “Do or do not, there is no try.”

Mick was greatly surprised by how ethical PFProcessing was. After realizing the many benefits PFProcessing
Mick’s motto, “do something, take action” spawns off of a quote from Yogi Berra, “ When you come to a fork in the road, take it.” With this motto infused in his core, he has become successful in teaching other businesses the truth of the credit card industry.
Mick believes if you work hard, you should play harder. In his downtime he is cheering on his favorite sports teams: NY Yankees, Cleveland Cavs and Browns. He keeps his mind active by reading, or watching movies.

Before moving to California for this position, Andi traveled the world with an organization Youth With A Mission (YWAM). Where, she witnessed what long term help and relationship building looks like. Andi also created a successful health and wellness company. Her favorite quote continues to transform her outlook on life, “Life is 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it.”
When Andi isn’t working hard at helping others achieve their dreams of changing the world, she spends quality time with her wonderful husband Cade VanHeel usually going hiking, or random adventures at the beach, or camping and road tripping all over the U.S.

Volunteering her time has always been a considerable part of her life. Every Swipe Benefits Charity allows Melissa new avenues to explore in volunteering. Throughout her life, she has learned one major lesson, never pre-judge someone, because you never know what will become of them.
Flexibility and the culture of people inspired Andrea to join our office staff in 2013. She helps smoothly run the office.
Her problem solving brain resets when she travels to visit family, long walks on the beach, or visiting Joshua Tree. Andrea believes we should enjoy what’s around us, because we miss so much when we don’t.
Cheryl brings more than 20 years of experience in customer service, business development, training, and consulting to our team
Cheryl’s role at PFP is to create awareness about PFP’s unique capabilities to build solid Merchant-ISO relationships locally, nationally, and internationally. Her Disney foundation fits right in with PFP’s mission of Every Swipe Benefits Charity. It is her responsibility in Business Operations that we provide detailed communication as to how our team can provide products and services that will exceed merchant expectations.
A graduate of Willamette University, Cheryl completed her degree in Political Science and Speech Communication. She is an active member in her community with the Girl Scout Council of San Diego where she received the Volunteer of Excellence Award and Outstanding Troop Leader Awards and now serves on the Gold Award Committee. She has also joined the Board of Trustees with Girl’s Inc. San Diego. Cheryl and her family love to travel, find great hidden foodie hangouts, and enjoy family movie nights. In addition, she volunteers at St Michaels School, Boy Scouts, and supports the One Small Voice Foundation.

Michelle worked for Walt Disney World for almost a decade before
Michelle has been in sales and customer service for over 20 years and joined our team by meeting the owners over a glass of wine in a restaurant in San Diego. A few weeks later, Michelle’s husband was having problems with his processor and turned to us for help. He became a client and Michelle became part of the Pay it Forward Joint Venture Pay and family.
In her spare time, she and her husband are Youth Group Leaders for several churches, loves to cook, and her favorite thing is a nice glass of wine at the campfire in the backyard at night stargazing. Michelle’s philosophy in and out of business is “Be honest even if it hurts, clients will appreciate it and follow you”.

Tory comes to PFProcessing with over 25 years of customer service, event management, logistics, and sales expertise.
Her spirit of volunteering and giving back fit perfectly with PFProcessing and ESBCharity’s values. Starting young, Tory participated in face painting at her school fun fair and fundraising and helping build a new playground at her elementary school. Over the years she has volunteered with Disney’s VoluntEars, Make a Wish Foundation, Give Kids the World, Fairfax County Public Schools Office of Substance Abuse Prevention,tutored elementary students, taught in a home school co-op, and is currently very active with the PTA at her daughter’s school.
In her free time, Tory enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and adopted Puerto Rican fur baby dog. They have a shared love of travel and working on home renovation projects. Tory loves Leonidas and Côte d’Or Belgian chocolate! She enjoys trying new foods – minus cilantro!

Lou is a Retired Financial Planner/Investment Adviser born and raised in Manhattan, NY. He is a US Marine Corps veteran and served during the Korean conflict.
He is a Rotarian since 1981 with four different clubs, and from 1996 found a home with the Del Mar-Solana Beach Sunrise Rotary Club. He has volunteered for several non-profit organizations, including the Flying Leathernecks Aviation Museum and the Convention of States Action Project. Lou is an avid golfer, has three children, three grandchildren and resides in Encinitas, CA.
As a financial planner, he created Charitable Remainder Trusts for many of the firm’s clients. He enjoys working with a similar win-win-win concept with the innovative give back program of the Every Swipe Benefits Charity Foundation.

Jeff has been involved with several local charities and has served as a volunteer and on Boards of Directors for over 14 years. He enjoys tennis, reading, travel, and local craft IPA's.

Doug sets time aside to spend with family and is a youth group leader. In his free time he enjoys driving his ’72 Plymouth Duster, dreaming about other muscle cars, flying RC helicopters, and building really big campfires in the Adirondacks for him and his family to enjoy.

John spent the early part of his career in entertainment, performing in bands and working as a radio DJ. He then worked as a freelance
John is an avid Red Sox fan and enjoys playing baseball in an “old man’s league” that uses real wooden bats and steel spiked cleats. He still plays music and leads worship for his weekly bible study. He also cooks, bakes, eats well and works off the calories with high altitude hikes in his Colorado home.
